What we collect
Account details you give us (email address, and later a username and profile photo), content you post (the two options in a post, captions, images), and basic usage data such as votes, device type, and rough app activity.
How we use it
To run dsided: showing your posts to voters, counting votes, keeping the service secure, fixing bugs, and emailing you about launch or important account matters. We do not use your data for advertising profiles.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and its content at any time. If you are in the UK or EU, the GDPR gives you the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, plus the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Email us and we will action requests within 30 days.
Third parties
We rely on infrastructure providers for hosting, databases, storage, email delivery, and crash/analytics reporting. They process data only on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data.
