Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use dsided (or older where your country requires it). You are responsible for what you post and for keeping your account credentials safe.

You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting, you grant dsided a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, display, and distribute that content inside the app so other people can see and vote on it. Delete your content and that licence ends, apart from copies already cached or required by law.

No harassment, hate, threats, or targeted abuse. No impersonating other people or brands. No posting content you do not have the rights to, and no infringing anyone's intellectual property. No scraping, reverse engineering, automated voting, or interfering with the service.

dsided is for picking a look, not rating someone's body or appearance. Comments about a poster's appearance rather than their outfit may be removed, and repeated violations may lead to account restrictions.

Bullying, targeted harassment, and hateful content aimed at someone's identity are never allowed in posts, comments, captions, or usernames.

Outfit photos and videos only — nothing sexually explicit, and no content whose purpose is to sexualise someone rather than show their outfit.

Do not post to mislead, sell, spam, or pretend to be someone you are not.

Posts, profiles, and comments may include reporting tools. Reports are reviewed by the dsided team, not other users, and we do not tell the reported person who submitted a report. You may block another user at any time. These rules help keep dsided focused on outfits rather than people; breaking them may result in content removal or account restrictions.

dsided is early-stage and provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Features may change or break, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
